Support a Cognitive Impaired Young Adult

Fifteen young adults with cognitive impairment, currently living in a hostel, will participate in an “everyday life” training program to gain independence and be able to live a life outside of their parent’s home. Through their involvement to the yard, they will gain self-confidence, social skills and the ability to solve problems.

They will come once a week, over an academic year to the Gaya riding center in Kibbutz Nitzane Oz.  Participants learn to care for and ride the horses.
